HOLK Manufacturing

Intelligent and distributed manufacturing
HOLK Manufacturing is the engineering behind making physical parts on more than one machine. A digital model is prepared, placed in a queue, sent to a printer, checked and then handed on for delivery. The printers do not have to stand in the same room.
Model preparation, slicing and a production queue are part of the software being built for RentA3DPrinter. A coordinated multi-printer factory, automated quality sign-off and a finished delivery network are not operational.
The job starts as a model and a set of choices.
Machine instructions are prepared in the software being built.
The job waits for a linked printer.
Connect is the gateway being built for this hop.
A person still checks the part.
Intended. Not a finished logistics service.
What this area covers
- A queue that can hold work for a connected printer instead of a single manual start.
- Remote awareness of whether a linked machine is reachable.
- Distributed production: the same digital job can be made near the person who needs the part.
- A visible path from order to slicing, queue, printer, check and delivery.
Applications
The practical target is local manufacturing for prototypes, spare parts and short runs. HOLK TECH is building that path through RentA3DPrinter and the Connect gateway. It is not offering a finished print-farm service on this website.
