Explore the technology
Follow a message, a part or a device.
These are simplified models. Select a stage. The text explains that stage only. Nothing here is a live control panel.
Secure communication
Concept. Not a product demonstration.
The sending device prepares the message. In the concept, preparation happens on the phone, not in a public inbox.
The payload is protected before it leaves. The website never holds the keys for this step.
The network is a carrier. In the model it can deliver a protected payload and does not need to read it.
The receiving device recovers the message with its own key.
The reader sees the message. A later design step covers local storage and erasure.
Private networks
Conceptual behavior. Not a tested deployment.
A handset or sensor hands a short message to the nearest node.
The first node accepts the message and looks for a next hop.
A second node forwards it. If this node is down, this path is down.
The destination collects the message. Delivery across real radios has not been measured.
3D manufacturing
Order, slicing and queue are in the software being built. Check and delivery are the intended continuation.
A customer describes the part. A model file is the start of the job.
The model is prepared as machine instructions. This step exists in the platform software under development.
The job waits for a linked printer instead of being started by hand on an unknown machine.
A gateway such as Connect is how the lab intends to reach the machine.
The part still has to be checked and handed on. That is not an automated service today.
Connected hardware
HOLK TECH Connect, in development. No credentials are shown.
The gateway is a small computer with a local interface. The picture on the Connect page is a concept illustration.
Enrollment gives the device an identity. The private key stays off this website.
The platform accepts the enrolled gateway rather than an open printer port.
RentA3DPrinter is the first platform this gateway is being built to serve.
