A marketplace in development that connects customers with independent 3D printer owners.
What problem are we solving?
A person who needs one part should not have to own a printer, and a printer that sits idle should be able to take suitable work. The missing piece is a trustworthy hand-off from a digital model to a specific machine.
How does the technology work?
The intended journey is: upload a 3D model, choose material and print settings, see a production price, meet available capacity, produce the part, and arrange delivery. Model preparation, slicing, pricing and a production queue are in the software being built. Paying out to printer owners, and a finished open network of capacity, are not claimed as complete.
System architecture

Development phase
In development. The website is public. The full commercial loop is not finished. Do not read this page as a promise that every geometry, material or country is available.
Current challenges
- A price is only meaningful after the model has actually been prepared.
- Matching a job to a real, reachable printer is harder than showing a map of possible hosts.
- Payments and delivery have to be described as they work, not as they are hoped to work.
Next milestones
- Keep renta3dprinter.eu as the customer-facing introduction.
- Advance the path from a prepared model to a confirmed machine.
- Describe a feature as available only after it works for a real order.
