HOLK Intelligence

Concept

Intelligent automation

Software that prepares an operational decision and leaves the final action with a person.

Project overview

Software that prepares an operational decision and leaves the final action with a person.

What problem are we solving?

A queue, a gateway and a printer already produce more events than a person wants to read one by one. The useful software is the layer that groups those events and says what might need attention.

How does the technology work?

The demonstration on the technology page shows four beats: observe, interpret, suggest, decide. Observe is a list of events. Interpret groups them. Suggest offers a next step. Decide is a person. Nothing on this site sends a command to a printer by itself.

System architecture

  • Events from the queue and from a linked gateway.
  • A summary a person can read.
  • A suggestion that can be ignored.
  • An action that stays manual until a later, explicit design says otherwise.

Development phase

Concept. There is no separate HOLK TECH automation product and no live dashboard of customer operations.

Current challenges

  • A suggestion that is wrong must be easy to recognise as a suggestion.
  • Demonstration data must never be presented as measured performance.

Next milestones

  • Keep every sample panel labeled as a demonstration.
  • Connect a real event feed only when the numbers on it are real.
